Gygax's corpse, frozen in carbonite.  Would he still technically be mint though?

I am sure that some of you still remember the ebay auction for the half-eaten sub that Gary Gygax was eating when the idea for D&D came to him.

Seeing that that item has actually come up for sale, I would have to go with the half-eaten sub.

As far as Gygax's corpse, would this item be the subject of illegal copies (clones); and if so, how would you be able to tell them from the original? Does he have any tattoos or scars?

Illegal to sell Gygax's corpse. It would be a PDF (Putrefying Dead Fantasist).
