Hi, This is magic card related but I would like to know if anyone speaks this language listed on this item. I keep getting ? about what it is and I dont have any idea.

It's Chinese.  I would need a clearer shot of the text to make out whether it is traditional or simplified characters, but my guess is traditional due to the Taiwan and Hong Kong market where it probably comes from.
